Cyber Architecture Team Lead

Lead the organization’s security architecture as part of an outsourced team, managing a group of cyber implementation engineers. The role includes designing and implementing advanced security solutions, system hardening, policy management, and coordinating broad professional activities. You will work with complex systems, multi-platform environments, and high-level regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security or enterprise-level cyber architecture.
• Expertise in implementing and hardening CIS Benchmarks Levels 1–2 (Windows + Linux).
• Strong hands-on experience with Trellix/McAfee (EDR/Endpoint Security).
• Significant experience deploying and managing 802.1x-based NAC solutions.
• Proven experience with VMware at the security and integration level.
• Deep knowledge in OS hardening, network segmentation, and complex network environments.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash / Python) – strong advantage.
• Active security clearance – strong advantage.
