Job Description:

• Analysis and specification of business and technological requirements in the CRM Dynamics system.
• Writing functional and technical specification documents.
• Close collaboration with development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Supporting implementation, integration, and deployment processes of the system within the organization.
• Improving and optimizing existing processes in the system according to organizational needs.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in CRM Dynamics systems analysis.
• Professional Systems Analysis course – mandatory.
• Experience working with complex interfaces and writing technical specifications.
• Understanding of cross-organizational business processes.
• Experience working with development and QA teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in an insurance company – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with business processes from the insurance domain – advantage.
