About the role

As a Marketing Manager at Commcrete, you’ll join a lean, high-performance team at a pivotal stage of growth. You will take ownership of content, support marketing operations, and play a meaningful part in product marketing initiatives as we expand into new markets and prepare for major product launches. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys storytelling, and wants to grow within a cutting-edge deep-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Write, edit, and manage content: website pages, LinkedIn posts, brochures, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers and external partners to produce high-quality assets.
• Maintain and update the website (Webflow/WordPress).
• Develop whitepapers, use cases, and product descriptions.
• Manage a content calendar.
• Support product marketing materials: feature summaries, value propositions, competitive insights.

Digital & Campaign Support

• Assist with LinkedIn, email, and PR campaigns (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Build landing pages, campaign flows, and ABM materials.
• Track and report on content performance (CTR, engagement).
• Support marketing operations: analytics, automation flows, segmentation, and campaign setup.

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct competitor and industry research with our analyst.
• Identify customer pain points and emerging trends.
• Support product marketing insights by gathering market feedback and translating it into messaging opportunities.

Event & Sales Support

• Prepare event collateral (presentations, banners, brochures).
• Coordinate marketing logistics for global tradeshows.
• Support follow-up campaigns and event demo messaging.
• Assist in creating sales collateral for distributors, primes, and partners.
• Support CRM-based nurturing and lead tracking.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing/marketing communications.
• Native-level English writing and editing skills.
• Strong content creation and project management skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress/Webflow, and Figma.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience or interest in marketing operations (automation, funnels, analytics).
• Experience or interest in product marketing for B2B tech.
• Advantage: familiarity with defense or public safety sectors.
