Role Description
This is a contract role for a Co-Founder Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at SHAKER. As the Co-Founder CMO, you will lead the marketing strategy, oversee branding efforts, and drive user growth through innovative campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing communication channels, optimizing marketing partnerships, and driving sales initiatives. The CMO will collaborate closely with co-founders to align marketing efforts with the company's vision.

- Strong Marketing expertise to drive growth, develop strategies, and establish partnerships
- Exceptional Communication and Analytical Skills to develop messaging, run digital campaigns (Tik-Tok and Instagram) and evaluate data-driven marketing decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities and proven experience in scaling startups
- Experience in B2Cs
- Experience in fundraising is a big advantage
