Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project work plans
- Manage project risks, analyze bottlenecks, and identify critical paths
- Coordinate cross-functional work interfaces in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- Plan and control budgets from proposal stage, through ongoing reporting, to project closure
- Build a comprehensive project status overview and present it to management and customers
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or relevant experience in managing technological projects – must
- At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – must
- Strong familiarity with SAP or an equivalent large-scale ERP system
- Knowledge of Agile/Lean/Six Sigma planning and control methodologies
- Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera – must
