Sherby & Co., Advs. is a distinguished Israeli law firm renowned for international litigation and arbitration. The firm represents non-Israeli companies in legal matters within Israel and assists Israeli companies with disputes outside the country.

Role Description

This is an on-site and part-time role for a Student-Clerk (law) based in Ramat Gan. The Student-Clerk will assist with legal research, draft legal documents, manage case files, and provide general support in ongoing cases. The role involves participation in court (and arbitration) filings, and conducting research on Israeli and US legal law.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills, with an ability to evaluate legal documents and case details in depth
• Proficiency in legal writing and drafting, with attention to detail and legal accuracy
• Organizational skills to manage and maintain case records and documents efficiently
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a legal setting
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
• Currently enrolled in an accredited law program; prior legal experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with international or cross-border legal practices is a plus
