We are now looking for a high-performance Graphic Designer to join our team.

• Create beautiful, polished visuals for web, social, ads, decks, UI elements, and more

• Work closely with product, marketing, and executive leadership

• Translate briefs into clean, modern designs with speed and clarity

• Own multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines consistently

• Problem-solve creatively and independently when direction is limited

• Apply brand consistency across all assets

• Contribute to new concepts, campaigns, and creative direction

• Support rapid experimentation - we test, iterate, and move on fast

• Extremely fast - you produce quality design without bottlenecks

• Tech savvy - you learn tools quickly and understand modern design workflows

• Solution-oriented - you figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions

• Calm under pressure - tight deadlines don’t scare you; they motivate you

• Highly organized - you manage tasks efficiently and communicate clearly

• A self-starter - you don’t wait for permission, you make things happen

• Someone who loves making visuals that convert, not just look pretty

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital work (social, ads, decks, brand, UI)

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / Canva (bonus: motion graphics)

• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail

• Bonus: experience with startup branding, marketing visuals, or tech products
