Head of Mechanical Flight Control Engineering

About the Role

The role includes full responsibility for leading the development and design of mechanical flight-control systems, mechanisms, and mechanical/electro-mechanical assemblies for aircraft and aviation platforms. This covers all phases from concept definition, detailed design and drawings, testing, support of manufacturing processes, assembly, through final system integration and certification.

• Mechanical design with emphasis on complex mechanisms
• Deep familiarity with the aerospace industry from an engineering standpoint
• Work in accordance with civil aviation certification processes

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Israeli citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design of mechanisms and mechanical systems in the aviation domain
• Experience working with dynamic and kinematic analyses
• At least 5 years of direct management experience leading engineering teams
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
