Innovative Cyber-AI Startup operating at the intersection of Cybersecurity, Data, and AI. The company is developing a dedicated Data platform for Security teams.

Located in Tel Aviv within walking distance from the train, offers hybrid work, and currently has 20 employees.

Recently raised a multi-million-dollar Seed round from a leading Israeli VC. Founded by three veterans of technological units, currently operating in stealth mode.

Role Overview:

• Leading the development of end-to-end Agentic Workflows.
• Building Benchmarking Frameworks for solutions.
• Ownership of design and deployment of scalable production-ready solutions.
• Defining research processes within the team and streamlining the transition from open ideas to production implementation.
• Close collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
• Driving innovation, selecting architectures, and embedding LLM capabilities into the product.
• Working on a B2B platform aimed at large enterprises (1,500+ employees) to optimize security processes, permission management, and operational tasks via agents and AI.
• Engaging with academic papers, selecting tools and methodologies, and influencing product direction.
• Opportunities for growth and expanding responsibility alongside the company.
• Key Technologies: LLMs, Agentic Workflows, Python, Transformers, HuggingFace, Cybersecurity Data, SaaS, Production AI, NLP, Benchmarking, Research-to-Production. Prior experience with LLMs is an advantage.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, preferably more.
• Experience in Cybersecurity and/or implementing NLP/LLM solutions.
• Outstanding background – degree from a leading university and/or military technological service.
• Hands-on research experience – reading academic papers, developing solutions, and driving innovation.
