Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated penetration test team lead to manage and guide a team of penetration testers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality security assessments.

The primary focus of this role is team leadership — driving performance, mentoring professionals, and shaping methodologies — while occasionally engaging in hands-on penetration testing when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of penetration testers.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Review and approve the penetration testing reports.
• Research and develop new tools, scripts, and methodologies to enhance internal testing capabilities.
• Contribute to the company’s knowledge base, training materials, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing (web, mobile, API, and cloud infrastructure).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small technical team, or strong leadership potential.
• Deep understanding of application security concepts, including the OWASP methodology, and strong familiarity with cloud environments and their security challenges.
• Strong communication and reporting skills — able to translate technical findings into clear business impact.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with client-facing communication or project ownership.
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation in cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as OSCP, eWPT, and BSCP — a strong advantage.
