Software Engineer C/C++

We're looking for an experienced C/C++ Developer to join a leading defense team in Central Israel.

If you love building simulators, working hands-on with both hardware and software, and being part of a team that develops complex, multi-interface systems — this one’s for you.

You’ll work with Linux & Windows environments, real-time systems, communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, RS422/485), and plenty of integrations with external platforms. Multithreading/multiprocessing should feel like home to you.

We're after someone with:

🎓 Engineering degree

💼 5+ years in real-time/simulator development

💻 Strong C/C++ skills

🌐 Solid experience with communication interfaces

📝 Ability to document clearly

🌍 Strong Hebrew & English

Bonus points for: system-level thinking, advanced degrees, experience with 1553/CanBus, Python, real-time OS like Intime/RTX, or MS DevOps.

And of course — great people skills, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
