Design Engineer

A leading company developing artificial intelligence (AI) chips for edge devices, aiming to make machines smarter and more efficient. The company combines deep expertise in software and hardware and is at the forefront of the global AI revolution.

The role is hybrid, with two work-from-home days per week.

The position involves-

• Translating the architecture requirements of the company’s AI chips into efficient VLSI implementations in terms of power, area, and performance
• Collaborating with the verification team to ensure full functional design coverage
• Working closely with backend and DFT teams to bring the design to silicon implementation
• Participating in the bring-up phase alongside the software team

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field from a leading university
• 5+ years of experience as a VLSI Design Engineer
• Experience with standard interfaces such as MIPI, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, etc.
• Experience with Deep Learning networks and hardware acceleration (HW Acceleration) for Deep Learning
• Familiarity with System Verilog
