A stable and established cyber-security startup, developing a cloud security platform for managing non-human identities, with many paying customers and 85 employees across Israel and the U.S.

The role includes customer support and account management, collaborating with clients in the U.S. and Europe, onboarding new customers to the platform, and managing cloud-based operations.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, the company offers one work-from-home day per week.

Requirements-

5 years of experience as a Customer Success Engineer or Technical Account Manager
Experience working with cloud security
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience in cybersecurity companies
Experience working with international clients (U.S./Europe)
