Hands-on, data-driven Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive, independent, and execution-oriented Business Analyst to own key analytical domains and drive strategic insights that directly influence product, sales, and operational outcomes. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and data, working closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate insights into measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate thrives on end-to-end ownership, from exploring data and identifying opportunities to delivering actionable recommendations and tracking their impact. You will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to influence strategy and optimize performance in a fast-paced, digital marketplace environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own analytical initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through execution and impact measurement
• Identify growth opportunities, optimize revenue streams, and propose data-driven strategies
• Build and maintain pricing analyses, P&L models, and business forecasts that directly guide decision-making
• Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and operational KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI, Databricks, etc.)
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical teams
• Lead cross-functional projects with full ownership, collaborating with PMs, Data Science, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
• Prepare and present insights in a compelling way for business reviews and strategic discussions
  
  

• 5+ years in a data-driven role, ideally within digital products, marketplaces, or e-commerce
• Strong analytical instincts and business judgment, paired with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Independent, proactive, and capable of driving projects from idea to execution
• Excellent communicator; able to tell a story with data and influence stakeholders
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern data infrastructure and analytics tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive industry affinity / experience in automotive companies - strong plus
• Marketplace pro with a tech-first mindset - advantage
