About the role:

• Calculation and preparation of payroll for company employees

• Providing professional support on payroll and attendance matters to all employees

• Onboarding of new employees

• Handling termination processes, including preparation of Form 161

• Ongoing updates regarding various payroll components across the organization

• Working with multiple systems and interfaces within the company

• This is a temporary position

Requirements

• Certified Senior Payroll Accountant diploma (Institute of Certified Public Accountants)

• Previous experience as a Payroll Accountant – advantage

• Experience with Hilann system, including OFEK reports – advantage

• Experience in a large organization (1,000+ employees) – advantage

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and collective agreements

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
