Analog Design Engineer

An Israeli high-tech company specializing in developing chips for the audio-video and automotive industries.

The company is located in the Sharon area, offers a hybrid work model with one to two work-from-home days per week, and has approximately 220 employees.

Role overview

• Lead the development of next-generation, multi-gigabit Analog Front End on sub-micron technology
• Hands-on role including architecture definition, circuit innovation, design-flow methodology, and test-chip development for advanced mixed-signal platforms
• End-to-end mixed-signal design (ADC/DAC/RX/TX/PI) from concept to silicon validation
• Define and optimize Analog Front End architecture
• Develop test-chip architectures to validate sub-blocks and full Analog Front End functionality before production
• Perform simulation, modeling, and post-layout validation using Cadence Virtuoso, SystemVerilog, and AMS
• Support silicon bring-up and characterization

Requirements-

• MSc or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
• 15+ years of experience in high-speed analog/mixed-signal design
• Experience with FinFET and deep sub-micron CMOS technologies (16 nm and below)
• Experience in ADC, DAC, PLL, PI, RX, and TX design
• Managerial experience – a plus
