The role

We’re hiring an early-career (great for 1-3 years experience), performance-first growth builder to push our go-to-market forward. You’ll run paid social, seed creators and communities, and launch scrappy experiments that move the needle. You’ll also keep light operations tight so the machine runs smoothly. Focus will be fluid and shift based on what’s working and company priorities.

What you will do

• Own performance experiments on Meta and TikTok for B2C: brief, launch, analyze, iterate.
• Run creator and community programs: sourcing, outreach, offers, tracking.
• Ship fast tests across landing pages, emails, in-app messaging, and CRM.
• Support lifecycle and growth loops: referrals, re-engagement, basic ASO/SEO support.
• Keep weekly reporting and dashboards tight, coordinate vendors, handle basic logistics.
• Set up simple automations where useful to multiply output.

• Dr. Lior Kritzman (Psychology) - PhD clinical psychologist shaping trust, intimacy, and communication frameworks
• Ido Sofi (Founding Engineer) - Israel-based veteran R&D executive building our AI-native mobile product

What you bring

• 1-3 years in growth or marketing with hands-on execution (paid social and/or creators); exceptional new grads with strong projects welcome.
• Based in Israel, fluent English, comfortable with US-facing comms.
• Strong copy instincts, basic funnel analytics, bias to ship and learn.
• Scrappy, resourceful, organized, and comfortable with changing priorities.
• Interest in emotional wellness and how technology can help relationships.
