We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CMC Specialist/scale up specialist/ process engineering to join our team and to support the external scale-up and manufacturing of our novel bacteriophage-based biological products. 

Job description:

• Support the scale-up of bacteriophage fermentation and formulation processes from R&D to industrial scale
• Collaborate with external manufacturing partners (CMOs) to ensure successful technology transfer and process implementation
• Develop and review CMC documentation, including process descriptions, batch records, QC documents, and regulatory submission materials
• Support the transition from product development to full-scale manufacturing by coordinating between internal teams and external production sites

Requirements:

• M.Sc. or PhD in Biochemical or Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences field
• Proven experience in CMC, process development, or technology transfer within the agritech or biotech fields.
• Proven experience in in scaling up of biological products from lab-scale to commercial manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with microbial or phage-based production processes – an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional and external teams
• Willingness to travel abroad
• High level of English
