As VP of Regulatory Affairs, you will be a founding executive, leading the company’s engagement with regulators, government bodies, and policy institutions. You will shape regulatory strategy, enable project licensing, and ensure compliance across multi-jurisdictional operations. This role is pivotal to driving the company’s growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive regulatory strategies in Israel and the Middle East, supporting trading, storage, and LNG projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, and energy authorities to secure project approvals and long-term collaboration.
• Lead regulatory risk assessments, compliance programs, and strategic policy initiatives.
• Provide guidance on cross-border agreements, facilitating cooperation with governments and strategic partners.
• Prepare and present regulatory and project materials to investors, board members, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align regulatory strategy with business objectives and operational execution.

Candidate Profile
• Senior experience in regulatory affairs, government relations, or public policy within energy, infrastructure, or natural resources sectors.
• Proven track record working with government entities and regulators across Israel and the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of LNG, oil, refined products, and energy infrastructure regulations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; Arabic is an advantage.
