Customer Service Representative

Elison Group is seeking a full-time Employee in the Customer Service department to join our team in Ramat Gan. In this role, you will be involved in the promotion and sales of a new brand of kosher wine in the Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and search for a new customers.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare for and participate in specialized exhibitions, festivals and tastings events

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and Hebrew (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to effectively collect and interpret data.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about achieving goals.
• Knowledge of English is a significant advantage
