Project Manager – Knowledge and Technology Transfer | Yehud | IAI – Missiles & Air Defense Division

We are looking for a Project Manager for Knowledge and Technology Transfer to join the Defense Systems Plant in IAI’s Missiles & Air Defense Division.

The position includes:

• Planning, establishing, and managing technological cooperation and knowledge transfer initiatives within the plant

• Designing and implementing structured processes for knowledge transfer, including measurement, documentation, and control mechanisms

• Establishing the organizational infrastructure for future technological collaborations and long-term strategic partnerships

• Defining and leading processes for identifying, analyzing, and transferring technological, engineering, and procedural knowledge

• Developing and executing roadmaps and working methods that integrate engineering and commercial aspects

• Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers worldwide

What we are looking for:

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Exact Sciences – required

• At least 5 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary technological or industrial projects, or in technological business development – required

• Proven knowledge of manufacturing, integration, and engineering documentation processes – required

• Excellent command of English – required

• M.B.A. – advantage

• Experience working with international companies – advantage
