Role Description

CYBERcom is expanding its technical team! We’re looking for a hands-on Support Engineer with real experience in network security technologies - preferred Palo Alto Networks.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to enterprise Network/Security teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, VPN, routing, and connectivity issues
• Work daily with Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access
• Perform configuration tweaks, log analysis, troubleshooting, and escalations
• Help maintain stable and secure enterprise network/security environments

Requirements

• 2+ years in Network & Security Support / Technical Support (Tier 2)
• Mandatory: real hands-on NGFW experience (configuration + troubleshooting)
• Strong L2/L3 fundamentals: VLANs, routing, NAT, VPN
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers at infrastructure level
• Certifications (CCNA, PCNSA, Security+) — an advantage
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Full-time, on-site — Holon

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cisco routing/switching
• Experience with SASE environments
• Background supporting enterprise customers or MSP environments
