Glow Glamping is seeking a full-time, on-site General Manager to be based in Karmiel. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, and manage staff to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. Responsibilities include implementing effective business strategies, overseeing budgets, ensuring smooth functioning of the resort, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining property standards. Additionally, the General Manager is expected to monitor market trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest experiences.

• Leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising and motivating staff.
• Expertise in hospitality management and customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets, optimize operations, and analyze key performance indicators.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with vendors and maintain a positive relationship with guests and employees.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or related industries is preferred.
