Backend team leader

High-tech company in the Online Gaming sector, developing advanced, regulated platforms and applications in the Online Gaming domain.

Role Overview:

• Managing a team of approximately 5 developers, reporting to the Domain Lead, alongside another team leader.
• Hands-on Java development, working with the Spring framework.

Requirements -

• 2 years of managing
• 5 years of strong technical experience in Java.
• Proven experience in design patterns and system development from scratch.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read and code-review complex code written by others.
• Experience with large-scale web applications and multithreaded environments
• Experience working with a DB, and writing complicated queries.
• Experience with Spring Framework & Spring boot
