Production Files Manager - Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) | Yehud | IAI – Missiles & Space Division

We are looking for a Production Files Manager to join the Engineering & Systems Plant in IAI’s Missiles & Space Division.

The position includes:

• Full responsibility for preparing complete production files for PCB manufacturing, from receiving engineering data to generating final production files

• Acting as the focal point between development, production, and internal quality assurance teams — including DFM/DFT analysis, error detection, and correction follow-up

• Ensuring that all products meet electrical, mechanical, and technological manufacturing requirements

• Preparing final production documentation (Production File), including drawings, specifications, diagrams, and supplier-approved production data

• Continuous communication with PCB and assembly manufacturers regarding production requirements, handling deviations, and implementing improvements

What we are looking for:

• Practical Engineer in Electronics or Mechatronics – required

• At least 2 years of experience working with IPC standards, DFM, DFA – required

• Strong understanding of PCB stack-ups, controlled impedance, and raw materials – required

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently

• Good technical English skills
