Role Overview

This role is suited for a motivated, detail-oriented individual seeking hands-on exposure to U.S. real estate investing, capital markets work, and strategic partner engagement.

You will work closely with senior leadership on investment analysis, co-investment preparation, and communications with institutional and family office partners.

Responsibilities

Investment & Transaction Support

• Support underwriting of new acquisitions and review financial models.
• Conduct market research on U.S. residential trends, demographics, and submarket fundamentals.
• Prepare components of internal investment memos and deal evaluations.
• Assist in coordinating due diligence with operators, lenders, and advisors.

Partner & Investor Engagement

• Assist in preparing investment materials, presentations, memos, and update summaries.
• Assist in managing data rooms and responding to partner information requests.

Operations & Internal Analysis

• Assist with internal reporting, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Support compliance and documentation for co-investment partners.
• Contribute to process improvement for investment and partnership workflows.

Requirements

• Degree (or current student) in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Real Estate.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfort reviewing financial models.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail, teamwork, and independence.
• Strong interest in real estate and private markets.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Internship/experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
• Familiarity with U.S. multifamily markets or financial analysis tools.
