Algorithm Developer

A successful startup developing an innovative wireless sensor based on IoT and WiFi that solves indoor positioning challenges.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near the train line, offers one work-from-home day per week, and has a team of approximately 20 employees.

The role involves developing complex signal-processing algorithms for the company’s advanced product.

Requirements-

• BSc in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Aeronautics, Physics, or Statistics
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods, statistical signal processing, estimation theory, and data/sensor fusion
• Specialization in signal processing or communications
• 3 years of experience in algorithm R&D, applying models, and data analysis
• Experience with Python scientific stack, Jupyter Notebook, and Git
• Experience with the full development cycle of algorithm implementation (from research and analysis through intensive debugging and testing to official product release)
• Experience developing WiFi/5G-related algorithms
• Strong understanding of DSP algorithms, including time/frequency synchronization, AGC, RF channel estimation, equalization, decoding, and EM propagation
• Knowledge of statistical signal processing, estimation theory, and statistics
