DevOps Manager

A young Israeli AI Data Intelligence startup helping organizations identify hidden risks and opportunities within massive amounts of data.

Located in central Israel, the company operates a hybrid model (two days from home) and currently has around 40 employees.

The company works with both defense and commercial entities, integrating multiple data sources in real time to provide competitive advantages and advanced protection capabilities. The company is profitable, well-funded, and has an established customer base.

Role overview:

• Manage a team of 2 DevOps engineers and 2 Network Engineers
• Report to the VP of R&D
• Approximately 50% hands-on work
• Technology stack: Linux, On-Prem, AWS, GCP, ClickHouse, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes

Requirements-

• 2–4 years of managerial experience
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Strong experience with Linux and On-Prem environments
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge and experience in Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with at least one of the following: Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, Jenkins
