Role Overview:
Responsible for managing, supporting, and expanding NanoPass’s global distributor network. The role includes commercial support, business operations, partner enablement, and ensuring strong execution and growth globally.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Distributor Management, Partner Management, or Customer Success in a global B2B environment.
- Proven experience working with international distributors/partners – including performance reviews, forecast management, and strategic commercial planning.
- Strong background in business Operations, including:
-Managing sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy
-Structuring annual business plans
-Working and managing CRM and analytics
- Supporting commercial processes and workflows
- Solid understanding of commercial enablement and partner lifecycle management.
- Excellent English verbal & written, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
- Experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, and enablement for partners.
Advantages:
- Experience in Medical Devices, Aesthetic Medicine, Pharma, or Biotech
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing relationships with all distributors/partners: status calls, quarterly business reviews, training, and commercial support.
- Lead Business Operations activities:
-Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
-Track revenue performance and quarterly commitments
- Recruit, onboard, and train new distributors/partners
- Build annual business plans with each partner and monitor progress against KPIs and sales targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, RA/QA, and Operations teams to support partner needs.
- Ensure distributors execute agreed-upon marketing, training, and product education activities.
