Data Scientist

A fast-growing startup developing a cutting-edge Cyber product in the Identity domain, combining LLM and Security technologies.

The company operates at the forefront of this rapidly evolving space, building a network of agents designed to solve security-related (and other) organizational challenges.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, the company currently has 45 employees and is experiencing significant growth following a multi-million funding round from top-tier VCs.

Role overview -

• Part of a three-person AI/Data Science team
• Responsible for end-to-end research and development of AI systems based on LLMs and ML
• Work includes a balanced mix of applied research and hands-on development
• Developing and deploying LLM- and NLP-based agents
• Building end-to-end Data Science pipelines: problem definition, data collection and processing, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment
• Working with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangGraph, LLMs, NLP, multi-agent systems, data pipelines, and Generative AI
• Utilizing Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

Requirements-

• 6 years of experience in Data Science roles
• Mandatory experience in NLP (LLM-based or Transformer architecture-based)
• Strong advantage: background in Machine Learning (ML)
• Strong advantage: experience developing agents in production
• Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field – required
