As our Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be a true partner across teams, helping us find, attract, and hire exceptional people in tech, product, data, and business roles.

• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing
• Lead creative sourcing efforts across tech, product & business roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and ideal profiles
• Manage and collaborate with external recruiters when needed
• Ensure every candidate enjoys an exceptional, human experience
• Continuously optimize our recruitment workflows and best practices

• 2+ years of tech/startup recruitment experience — must
• Proven full-cycle hiring experience
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing & headhunting skills
• Comfortable hiring for both technical and business roles
• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Hebrew & English
