🚀 We are seeking an experienced Navigation Systems Integration Engineer to join our engineering team and lead the integration and testing of advanced navigation systems on airborne platforms.

We're seeking a candidate with strong systemic thinking alongside exceptional attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into complex information.

📍 Location:

Hybrid work model. Based in Central or Northern Israel, with travel abroad as required for customer test support.

Security clearance is required.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on integration of navigation systems (GNSS/INS, sensors, hybrid solutions) into airborne platforms.
Define and execute verification and validation (V&V) processes, including lab and flight testing.
Advantage - Plan and lead tests in Israel and at international customer sites.
Analyze test and flight data using tools such as Python, MATLAB, and Excel.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: system engineers, software developers, hardware engineers.
Document test procedures and results, and present technical insights and recommendations.

🔎 Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc. or higher in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in systems integration and testing.
Proven experience with V&V processes and test execution (lab and field).
Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, and Excel for data analysis.
Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
High-level English proficiency – written and spoken.
Willingness and availability to travel internationally for short test campaigns with customers.
