As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead altshare’s Israel operations — a strategic, senior role at the heart of the company’s evolution.

General Manager - Israel Operations

We are looking for a General Manager to lead our israel site strategy, business, people and operations.

This is a senior leadership role, overseeing department heads across Finance, Operations & Trust, Valuation, Customer Service and Broker-Dealer activities, bridging strategy and execution while maintaining a holistic view of the business. Altshare Israeli GM works intimately with the company CEO and HQ executives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership

Lead and manage the local leadership team.

Directly oversee department heads across Finance , Valuation, Trust & Operations, Customer Service, Broker-Dealer and other key functions.

Set priorities, align cross-departmental work, remove barriers, and foster synergy.

Educate, mentor, cultivate talent and build leadership and teamwork

Take full ownership for achieving business, financial, and operational targets.

Business & Financial Management

Work closely with the finance team on budgeting, profitability, pricing, controls, and forecasting.

Drive growth, performance improvement, and profitable business expansion.

Lead Israeli business development and partnership activities. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key strategic clients.

Operational & Professional Excellence

Ensure high execution quality, regulatory compliance, and process accuracy across teams.

Drive customer satisfaction and customer happiness

Develop and enhance processes, KPIs, dashboards, and professional standards.

Build a resilient, process-based measurable organization — not dependent on any single individual but on clear ownership, process and team work.

People & Culture Leadership

Develop and empower managers, providing support when needed and accountability when required.

Build a culture rooted in collaboration, precision, transparency, and ownership.

Play a key role in shaping the organizational structure, talent acquisition, and leadership pipeline.
