Senior Paython Developer

Siraj is seeking a Senior Python Developer to play a key role in shaping and building backend services, internal tools, and high-performance components in complex, large-scale environments. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who thrives on tackling challenging system issues, performing advanced debugging, and delivering solutions that have a real impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend and system-level tools in Python.

Analyze and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.

Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting across complex environments.

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor developers.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional Python development experience.

Strong proficiency in Python and solid understanding of OOP.

Proven advanced debugging skills and root-cause analysis in complex systems.

Experience with Flask, FastAPI, Django, or another Python web framework.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and software lifecycle best practices.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with storage systems or large-scale backend components (advantage).

Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, and data flows.
