We are seeking a Product Manager

Requirements:

• 5 + years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience working in agile environments, preferably with Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
• Proven track record of translating business needs into actionable user stories and iterative product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including strong collaboration with tech leads and engineers.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
