Are you a tech-savvy leader who loves to build, architect, and still get your hands on the code?

We’re looking for a powerful R&D Manager (Hands-On) to lead a small, elite development team in a fast-paced, high-scale product environment — combining innovation, architecture, and execution.

In this role, you’ll drive the development of modern SaaS / DSaaS platforms with tens of thousands of users, work with AI-powered capabilities, and lead migration from legacy to cutting-edge technologies in the cloud.

💡 What you’ll do:

• Lead the backend development and full system architecture – hands-on
• Translate product vision into clear technical design and execution
• Manage a talented team of 3–5 engineers, review code, ensure best practices
• Build scalable, secure, high-performance systems on AWS
• Drive innovation in AI, streaming, and cloud-native environments

🎯 What you bring:

• 7+ years of software development in complex environments
• Strong hands-on experience in Python (must) and .NET Core (advantage)
• Proven expertise in Web development – Angular or similar SPA frameworks
• Solid background in AWS, microservices, containers, and DevOps culture
• Strategic mindset with a “startup pace” attitude and ownership spirit
• Awareness of FinOps best practices and the ability to make smart, cost-efficient architectural decisions in the cloud.
