Head of Human Resources – Leading Industrial & Retail Company

A well-established industrial and retail company, home to several leading brands, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to join its management team and report directly to the CEO.

About the Role:

The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s organizational culture, with responsibility for:

• Recruitment, organizational development, and training
• Leading organizational change initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting employee welfare
• Managing a team of three HR professionals
• The company’s headquarters are located in Rishon Lezion area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager reporting directly to the CEO, or as an HRBP in a large company
• Experience in manufacturing and/or retail companies – required
• Demonstrated team management experience
• Experience in leading organizational change in a growing company
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to contribute at the executive level
• Bachelor’s degree - required
• Master’s degree -an advantage
