Project Manager – Production | Defense Industry | Yehud

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading defense company in Yehud. This role involves managing complex production projects from initiation to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation through execution phases.
• Manage and monitor project budgets, including price quotations.
• Plan, control, and initiate procurement requests based on spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production departments according to work plans and multi-project perspectives.
• Track, monitor, and report project progress against goals and schedules.
• Drive engineering solutions to address quality and capacity gaps during production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
• Proven experience with information systems – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing production projects (MRP) in electronics – mandatory.
• Familiarity with SAP (PP, PS modules) – advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, MS Project, and Excel – advantage.
• Experience with electronic systems – advantage.
• High-level technical English – mandatory.
