Marketing & Communications Manager – Leading Law Firm (Tel Aviv)

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager with proven experience in professional services marketing, strong brand and content leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a high-end, multi-stakeholder environment.

This is not a general marketing role.

It is a high-exposure position in a top law firm, working directly with partners and senior leadership, with responsibility for shaping the firm’s brand, reputation, and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the firm’s overall marketing and communications strategy.
• Manage all digital marketing channels: website, newsletters, blogs, social media, and professional content.
• Oversee PR activities, including relationships with journalists, media outlets, and opinion leaders.
• Strengthen, refine, and manage the firm’s brand identity.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Work hands-on with digital tools: Canva, CRM systems, mailing platforms, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools.
• Own and maintain the firm’s WordPress website, including content uploads and UX improvements.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience.
• Strong WordPress experience – mandatory.
• Excellent writing skills in both Hebrew and English (including professional/marketing content).
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, and content strategy.
• High proficiency with marketing and analytics tools.
• Strategic and creative thinker with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly personable.

Significant Advantage

• Prior experience in a law firm and/or accounting firm – a major advantage.
• Familiarity with premium/professional services environments and their standards.
• Experience working closely with partners or senior management.
