Team Lead – Information Security & DevOps 233522

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to drive our DevOps and Information Security initiatives in a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a professional team in the areas of DevOps and Information Security
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
• Drive organization-wide security projects and best practices
• Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve processes and system reliability
• Ensure system availability, stability, and security across all environments

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Information Security
• Practical DevOps experience, including work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Proven team leadership experience with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop team members
• Deep understanding of complex systems, automation, monitoring tools, and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to operate independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience in SaaS environments
• Relevant certifications in Security / Cloud / DevOps
