Infrastructure Manager 233874

Join us and lead our IT infrastructure team! This is a key leadership role with both managerial and technical responsibilities, overseeing all IT infrastructure components, including servers, virtualization, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and mentor a team of experienced system engineers.
• Take full ownership of planning, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of server infrastructures (Windows & Linux).
• Oversee complex VMware-based virtualization environments.
• Manage the infrastructure NOC (Network Operations Center).
• Lead cross-organizational infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation.
• Ensure infrastructure security and address cybersecurity challenges.
• Develop procedures, technical documentation, and work plans.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience as a System Engineer in a large enterprise – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Team Leader – mandatory.
• Expertise in VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and DevOps methodologies – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux – advantage.
• Experience with enterprise storage systems (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC) – advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud environments – advantage.
• Broad knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) – advantage.
• Proven ability to lead projects, think strategically, and solve complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team.
