Job Description – Hardware Development Lead

This role is responsible for technological leadership of hardware development within the company, managing distributed development teams, planning work schedules, documenting technological requirements, and performing hands-on development work. The position combines managerial responsibility with practical development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage work schedules, ensuring timelines are met
• Collaborate with product managers on product definition and specifications
• Lead the professional development of the team
• Design electrical circuits
• Research and evaluate potential technologies for product integration
• Build infrastructure for preserving technological knowledge and managing professional documentation

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Over 10 years of experience in analog and digital circuit development and design
• In-depth knowledge of hardware-software integrated product development
• Background in physics and electro-optics – an advantage
• Strong team player with the ability to work across various organizational interfaces
• Proven leadership in managing distributed teams in Israel and Bulgaria
• High-level proficiency in English
