Cyber Security Engineer

A leading company in employee benefits and welfare solutions, offering a technology platform that provides employees with access to exclusive deals and perks across businesses in Israel.

The company is located in Netanya near the train line and offers one work-from-home day per week.

Role overview -

• Lead the development and execution of the global cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen the organization’s security posture
• Manage and oversee cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Work with industry-recognized frameworks and standards
• Report directly to the CTO\

Requirements-

• Proven experience working directly with business units on risk assessment and risk management
• Experience managing incident investigations with SOC and Threat Hunting teams
• Experience implementing and maintaining security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001)
• Collaboration with development teams to define secure development processes
• Experience leading penetration tests and security audits, including handling findings
• Deep knowledge of attack methods, tools, and emerging threats
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, DLP, CDR Sandbox, network security technologies, and security solutions such as WAF, VMDR, IPS, NGAV, NAC, and micro-segmentation
• High-level English proficiency – required
• CISO certification – a plus
