Head of Product

Mesh Security is looking for a Founding Product Leader — someone with a true passion for building, who can think strategically and execute tactically.

This is a rare opportunity to be an early pioneer shaping a new cybersecurity category: Cybersecurity Mesh (CSMA), coined by Gartner and rapidly climbing the Gartner Hype Cycle. You’ll work directly with the founders to define the product, the platform, and the trajectory of the category.

• Own the full product lifecycle — vision, strategy, roadmap, and hands-on execution.
• Work directly with the founders to define and build the CSMA platform and its core use cases.
• Translate customer and GTM signals (POCs, integrations, sales conversations) into sharp product decisions.
• Drive product discovery, research, prioritization, and day-to-day execution with Engineering and AI.
• Build the early foundations of the product organization — frameworks, processes, and cross-functional alignment.

• Customer-obsessed — you naturally seek feedback, listen deeply, and think in terms of customer outcomes.
• Market-aware — you understand the cybersecurity landscape, competitive dynamics, and where the category is heading.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to define category-level vision.
• Tactical executor who’s hands-on, writes PRDs, and sweats the details.
• Experienced in enterprise security, identity, cloud, SecOps, or complex B2B platforms.
• Background as a SOC analyst or security researcher — you understand how real threats, alerts, detections, and investigations work in practice.
• Comfortable in a fast, dynamic, founder-led environment with high ownership.
• GTM-aligned and customer-facing — excited to speak with CISOs, security engineers, analysts, and developers.
• Energized by ambiguity, rapid iteration, and the opportunity to help build the category standard for CSMA.
