We are seeking a Head of Offensive Cyber Security & Innovation for a global consulting company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage offensive cyber security initiatives, driving innovation across projects and
methodologies
-Oversee technical teams and coordinate complex cyber security projects end-to-end
-Develop and implement advanced offensive strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational
goals
-Conduct vulnerability research, exploitation development, and reverse engineering activities
-Stay up to date with emerging attack vectors, tools, and offensive security trends
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in offensive cyber security such as: Red Teaming, Exploitation
- Experience in leading technical teams / projects in the cyber field
- Knowledge in advanced attack techniques such as: Escalation, Lateral Movement, Persistence
- Experience in vulnerability research, Exploits development / Reverse Engineering
- High-level English
