Mechanical Engineer

A successful global high-tech company developing and delivering critical alert and messaging systems based on time and location using advanced technology, serving hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

The team consists of approximately 15–20 employees, and the company is located in the Sharon area.

Role overview -

• Collaborate with R&D teams on mechanical design and development of complex medical devices
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks
• Design metal and plastic components, including DFM considerations, technology definitions, and material selection
• Write, document, and implement ECOs
• Build and maintain BOMs and DMRs in Arena/eQMS/PLM systems
• Prepare and update assembly instructions and manufacturing documentation
• Support NPI and transfer from development to production
• Provide training and ongoing support to production staff
• Maintain DMRs for spare parts and monitor configuration control
• Work with QA, operations, and development teams to comply with internal quality procedures and ISO 13485 standards
