Payoneer is seeking a full-time Tech Lead for its on-site office located in South District, Israel. The Tech Lead will oversee a cross-functional development team, driving the architecture, design, and implementation of technical projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, producing scalable and reliable software solutions, mentoring team members, ensuring timely project delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning technological decisions with the business's strategic goals.

• Experience in software architecture design, system development, and implementation
• Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development tools such as Java, Python, or related technologies
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API development
• Proven track record of team leadership, collaboration, and mentoring, with effective communication skills
• Experience in Agile development practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
• Prior experience in financial technology (FinTech) or payment systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions on time
