Role Overview

We are hiring a Regional Infrastructure & Trade Systems Analyst to contribute to cross-border trade diagnostics, transport infrastructure assessments, and regulatory reform programs across the Eastern Mediterranean, Red Sea, and MENA trade corridors.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about logistics modernization, customs facilitation, and macro-regional integration—particularly in the context of Israel’s evolving role in energy transport, digital infrastructure, and trilateral cooperation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess infrastructure readiness, trade flow bottlenecks, and connectivity constraints in multimodal corridors
• Draft technical reports and strategic guidance documents for trade agencies, SEZs, and logistics authorities
• Analyze the impact of regional trade agreements, customs interoperability, and port logistics reforms
• Track developments in energy corridor strategies (e.g., Israel–Jordan–UAE linkages)
• Support cross-border stakeholder mapping, investor briefs, and policy alignment workshops
• Engage in data synthesis, benchmarking, and preparation of presentation decks for public and private clients

Qualifications

• Degree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics
• 2–6 years of experience in infrastructure strategy, logistics consulting, or government advisory
• Familiarity with Red Sea and Eastern Mediterranean trade corridors is an asset
• Strong policy writing and quantitative analysis capabilities
• Previous experience with regional development programs or donor-funded initiatives preferred
• Fluency in English required
