Content Operations Supervisor

We’re looking for a Content Operations Supervisor with a strong operations mindset — someone who has managed shifts, teams, or high-volume workflows in call centers, production environments, or tech operations.

 This role requires high energy, excellent people skills, and the ability to keep teams motivated and aligned in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

About the Role

You will oversee the day-to-day execution of our video production pipeline, ensuring we deliver high-quality content on time, every time.

 This is an operational leadership role: you’ll manage deadlines, coordinate people, enforce standards, and ensure the production floor runs smoothly across multiple simultaneous projects.

If you’ve supervised teams in call centers, operations centers, 24/7 shifts, media production, or high-tempo environments — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production workflows for a large volume of video content across channels and languages.
• Manage shift-style work and coverage, ensuring every stage of production is always staffed and moving.
• Handle real-time problem solving — unblocking bottlenecks, adjusting priorities, and reallocating resources on the fly.
• Enforce deadlines, SLAs, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
• Track operational performance (throughput, turnaround times, productivity, revision cycles, quality metrics).
• Coach team members, maintain morale, and cultivate a culture of ownership, pace, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience supervising teams or shifts in fast-paced environments (call centers, operations centers, production floors, post-production, or high-tech operations).
• Proven ability to manage people under pressure, keep teams focused, and maintain high energy.
• Strong operational discipline — comfortable with deadlines, SLAs, quality control, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick, data-informed decisions.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and committed to delivering consistently high-quality output.
