Application Team Lead

Role Summary

Leads the engineering team responsible for the CRM system and all core application

services that power the lead funnel - including offer management, bidding logic, user flow

orchestration, routing, and integrations. Owns the technical direction, architecture,

quality, and reliability of the company’s operational backbone.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

● Strong experience in full-stack or backend engineering (5+ years)

● Excellent understanding of modern system architecture

● Proven experience building scalable, reliable production systems

● Ability to define technical direction, enforce standards, and lead design reviews

● Strong business understanding - able to translate product requirements into

technical plans

● Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, AI)

● Ability to mentor developers and drive team execution

● Hands-on coding ability - this is not a “management only” role

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

● Experience working with experimentation platforms (feature flags, A/B testing)

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, observability tools

● Prior leadership experience (formal or informal)
